Q: How much do you charge for commissions?
It depends on what you are asking for. Is it a digital commission? Is it a watercolour/gouache commission? Is it a design that you are going to resell on t-shirts/stickers/book covers and use for advertisement? There are a lot of factors that I am more than happy to discuss with you before we commit to proceeding with a commission.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit for commissions?
Yes. The deposit will go toward your final cost of the piece (minus shipping). The deposit is nonrefundable. 

Q: Do you ever reject commissions?
Yes. If I do not have the time or my commission slots are full I will reject a commission. Oftentimes I will point you in the direction of someone that I think would be great for what you are looking for.

Q: Do you do pet portraits?
No, sorry. Pet portraits are a speciality but, they aren’t my speciality. 

Q: Do you do fanart?
Yes! It depends on the fandom. I love fanart but, if I’m unfamiliar with the fandom sometimes it can be difficult to fulfill a commission. Send me an email & we can chat about it.

Q: Is nudity OK?
Yes! Just nothing sexually graphic.  I do request that you do not send along reference photos until I have talked to you and accepted your commission. I don’t want to open my emails and find unsolicited nude photos without warning. Please respect my boundaries. 

Q: What sort of pieces do you create

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
E-transfer or PayPal (e-transfer is preferred).

Q: How do deposits work?
A deposit will be taken once I have agreed to your proposal. Based on the agreed upon price, I will take half upfront and half upon delivery. Deposits are non-refundable.

General Store Policy:

If any products received are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email an attached photo of damaged products and order form within TWO DAYS after delivery date to receive a replacement product (refunds will not be given for damaged product a replacement will be sent).

If not brought to my attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package states it has been delivered we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

You may return your order within 15 days of receiving your item. You are responsible for shipping costs on returning items.

All sales on textiles are final, due to sanitary reasons products cannot be exchanged or returned.

I do not accept cancelations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I ship to the address on your order form so if you need to amend the address please email me in a timely manner and I will be more than happy to correct the address for you, if the address is incorrect on your order form and package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacing products shipped.

I am not responsible for packages lost if they are being forwarded from a previous address. If a package has not been forwarded to you from the address you gave me you will need to take that up with your mail forwarding service. I am not responsible for mail lost in this manner.

International Orders:

Please note that all international orders are subject to their own taxes and customs fees. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or tax tarriffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If your package gets returned to us for failure to not pay customs fees we will not issue a refund. The package can be shipped back but the shipping cost would have to be covered by customer.

Refusal of Sale:

I have the right to refuse orders at my sole discretion for any reason I see fit. If I see a reason fit enough to refuse an order, I will be refunding the entire purchase immediately and will refuse all future purchases.
